1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and PisoGame ("PisoGame," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at pisogame.one (the "Platform"). This Agreement governs your access to and use of all services, games, features, and content made available through the PisoGame website and mobile application.

2. Eligibility and Age Verification

PisoGame reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or permanent closure, and any pending withdrawals may be withheld pending verification.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access PisoGame's real-money gaming services, you must register a player account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must promptly update your account if any details change.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on PisoGame. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. PisoGame will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

PisoGame supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Philippine-based players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at PisoGame's discretion without prior notice.

All transactions on PisoGame are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the cashier section of the Platform. These limits may vary by payment method and account verification status.

• Deposits: Funds deposited via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your PisoGame wallet instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take 1 to 3 business days to reflect.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed within 30 minutes for verified accounts using GCash or PayMaya. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank typically complete within 1 to 3 business days.
• Verification: PisoGame may require identity verification before processing withdrawal requests. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods registered in the account holder's own name.
• Fees: PisoGame does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which PisoGame bears no responsibility.

PisoGame reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending completion of identity verification, anti-money laundering checks, or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

PisoGame may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and this Agreement, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

Unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply:

• Bonuses are credited to your account in the form of bonus funds or free spins and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each promotion. Bonus funds and associated winnings that remain subject to wagering requirements at the expiry of the validity period will be forfeited.
• PisoGame reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice if there is evidence of abuse, exploitation, or breach of these Terms & Conditions.

6. Gameplay Rules and Fair Play

All games available on PisoGame use certified random number generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Game results are independently audited to verify compliance with stated return-to-player (RTP) percentages.

You agree to use PisoGame solely for personal entertainment purposes and in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the PisoGame platform without prior written consent from PisoGame.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PisoGame, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

PisoGame does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities, PisoGame's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Account Suspension and Closure

PisoGame reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• At the player's own request, including self-exclusion requests submitted through our Responsible Gaming tools.

Upon closure of an account for reasons other than breach or fraud, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

12. Miscellaneous Provisions

Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement: This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and PisoGame with respect to your use of the Platform and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.

Waiver: PisoGame's failure to enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

Assignment: You may not assign or transfer any rights or obligations under this Agreement without PisoGame's prior written consent. PisoGame may assign its rights and obligations under this Agreement without restriction.

Language: This Agreement is written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
